What Does It Cost?<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ticket purchaser pays convenience fee plus cost of your ticket.<\/strong> You have the option to show the convenience fee or bundle it in with your ticket price. We do all the credit card processing for you, batch and pay out with automatic deposit or you can request a paper check mailed to you. <\/span>We accept all major credit cards. Credit card processing fees are 3% out of the total reconciliation of ticket sales; nothing comes out of your pocket. <\/strong>The credit card processing fee of 3% is no different than if you used your own merchant account. Studies show that when credit cards are allowed for payment, sales revenue increases. With <\/span>Sh<\/strong>O<\/strong>vation<\/strong> you have a choice. You can cover the credit card fee, or pass it on to the patron.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • <\/span>Example: <\/em><\/strong>$10,000 in ticket sales x 3% credit card processing fee= $300 to merchant account processing and $9,700 in ticket sales revenue to you (or the $300 processing fee can be passed on to the patron to give you $10,000 in ticket sales revenue).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    An average studio or organization, with two performances, will spend an estimated 60-80 hours designing, printing, sorting and selling recital tickets. Sh<\/strong>O<\/strong>vation system saves you the time and money of paying staff to organize all your in-house ticket processes or coordinating volunteers to help. <\/strong>No need to pay for printing or other ticket creation charges.<\/span><\/p>\n
